Cancellation Policy
• 48-Hour Notice Required: Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance. I charge 50% cancellation fee for any cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment.
• Late Arrivals/No-Shows: Arrivals more than 15 minutes late will be considered a no-show and will incur a charge of 50% of the scheduled service fee.
• Non-Refundable Services: All services are non-refundable.
• Post-Service Concerns: Any concerns regarding your service must be communicated within 24 hours. I am happy to make adjustments to ensure your satisfaction.
